On 23 April 2024, I gave a presentation on “Study Sessions on Electronic Evidence” with the Sabah Law Society. We had over 170 sign-ups. Most of the participants were members of the Sabah Bar. During this presentation, I gave an introduction on current types of electronic evidence, the admissibility and how to tender them in Court and recent cases.
