The Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 is now in force effective from 15 January 2014 [P.U. (B) 12/2014]
The Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 provides for the registration and regulation of persons carrying on a credit reporting business that involves the processing of credit information of any person, who may either be individuals, bodies corporate or unincorporated.
